Clinical Value of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Degenerative Knee Arthropathy in Sensitivity and Accuracy
Objective:To retrospectively analyze the role of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the diagnosis of degenerative knee arthropathy in hospital. Methods:From March 2022 to March 2023,251 patients(251 knee joints)with degenerative knee arthropathy in the Ultrasound Department of Longyan Loving Rehabilitation Hospital during this period were studied and discussed. All patients were diagnosed with musculoskeletal ultrasound and CT,and relevant data were collected and sorted out. Finally, statistics was used for processing.Results:244 cases were diagnosed as degenerative knee arthropathy by clinical comprehensive examination. The accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of muscle bone ultrasound diagnosis results are all high, and significantly higher than CT diagnosis results(P<0.05).Muscle bone ultrasound has a higher accuracy in detecting disease types and is significantly higher than CT diagnosis(P<0.05).The examination time and results obtained by both diagnostic methods were relatively short, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The musculoskeletal ultrasound diagnosis method can provide important reference value for the diagnosis of degenerative arthropathy, and can judge the specific types of patients'diseases. The examination time is short, which can improve the diagnostic efficiency and is conducive to the treatment of degenerative knee arthropathy patients.
