The Clinical Value of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Detecting the Resistance Indexes of Middle Cerebral Artery and Umbilical Artery in the Diagnosis of Fetal Hypoxia
Objective:For fetal intrauterine hypoxia, the effect of applying color Doppler ultrasound to detect the resistance index value of middle cerebral artery and umbilical artery on clinical diagnosis was analyzed. Methods:Retrospectively selected from January 2022 to December 2023 our hospital suggest fetal hypoxia maternal 130 cases into the observation group, while the same period during the fetus of 130 cases into the control group, control group and observation group through color Doppler ultrasound resistance index, namely peak systolic flow rate and diastolic flow rate ratio(S/D),beat index(PI),resistance index(RI),and in the brain and umbilical artery resistance index check index working characteristic curve(ROC).Results:Compared with control group,RI,PI and S/D values of middle cerebral artery were lower in observation group(P<0.05).Compared with control group, the values of RI,PI and S/D in umbilical artery were higher in observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,RI,PI and S/D values of middle cerebral artery and umbilical artery were lower in observation group(P<0.05).The results of ROC curve analysis showed that the RI,PI and S/D values of fetal hypoxia, and the AUC of diagnosis and combined diagnosis of the three indexes were>0.800.Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis of suspected fetal intrauterine hypoxia, the resistance values of umbilical artery and middle cerebral artery were detected by color ultrasound, and found that the RI,PI and S/D values of middle artery showed an abnormal decreasing trend, while the resistance values of umbilical artery all showed an abnormal increasing trend, which could provide a reference for subsequent treatment.
