Objective:To analyze the differential diagnosis of breast microlesions by color ultrasonography. Methods:Clinical data of 82 patients with breast microlesions diagnosed and treated by Heshan Street Community Health Service Center,Huli District,Xiamen City from January 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were examined by color ultrasound and grouped according to postoperative pathological findings. To analyze the differential diagnosis effect of color ultrasound observation on the geometric roundness and morphological features of breast microlesions. Results:There were differences in geometric roundness, lesion orientation, edge and calcification between the two groups(P<0.05).The AUC of geometric roundness in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast microlesions was 0.883(0.806-0.937),the sensitivity was 88.89%,and the specificity was 81.01%.The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 77.78%,96.20%,91.51%,87.50%and 92.68%,respectively,in the identification of benign and malignant breast microlesions by geometric roundness and morphological features. Conclusion:Color ultrasound can effectively distinguish benign and malignant breast microlesions, and there are obvious differences in ultrasound characteristics between benign and malignant breast lesions, and it has good diagnostic efficiency.
