The Diagnostic Value of DCE-MRI Combined with DWI for Cervical Cancer
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI)combined with magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)in patients with cervical cancer.Methods:40 patients diagnosed with cervical cancer by pathological examination from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the investigation subjects after routine MRI examination and then DCE-MRI combined with DWI examination to analyze the value of the two examination methods. Results:The higher the tumor differentiation degree, the lower the Ktrans,Kep and V values, contrast between the various periods, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The relationship between Ktrans,Kep and the degree of differentiation is a negative correlation(r=-0.245,P=0.002;r=-0.386,P=0.001),the relationship between V and the degree of differentiation was a positive correlation(r=0.195,P=0.018);The accuracy of cervical cancer was 57.50%(23/40),dynamic enhanced MRI combined with DWI was 92.50%(37/40),comparison of the two diagnostic methods, statistically significant difference(χ2=13.067,P=0.0000);Using the results of surgical pathology as the gold standard, the conventional MRI sensitivity is 84.44%(18/23),specific to 85.29%(14/17),the sensitivity of DCE-MRI combined with DWI was 97.78%(30/32),the specificity was 94.12%(7/8);The relationship between tumor stage and Ktrans,Kep and Ve levels(r=-0.405,P=0.020;r=-0.410,P=0.001),that was,the higher the tumor stage,Ktrans,Kep and Ve level are higher; And the higher the tumor stage, the lower the ADC value, the relationship between the two was negative(r=-0.291,P=0.023),phase IV and other stage 3 parameters, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:DCE-MRI combined with DWI method has high clinical value and high accuracy, and provides reliable data for clinical treatment.
