Effect of Postural Changes of Pregnant Women in the Third Trimester of Pregnancy on Blood Flow Parameters of Fetal Umbilical Artery Detected by Color Doppler Ultrasonography
Objective:To analyze the relationship between fetal umbilical artery blood flow parameters and maternal body position changes detected by color Doppler ultrasound in late pregnancy.Methods:180 cases of pregnant women in late pregnancy treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the research samples, and the fetal umbilical artery blood flow parameters were monitored when they were instructed to change the body position(supine position, left lying position, right lying position, sitting position),and the changes of umbilical artery blood flow parameters were compared. Results:Compared with the changes of the left and right lying positions, the FVR of the left and right lying positions of 180 pregnant women decreased(P<0.05);S/D,PI and RI were decreased in sitting position compared with supine position(P<0.05).According to the supine position, the S/D of group Ⅰ(92 cases greater than the lower limit of the standard value)decreased, while the S/D of group Ⅱ(74 cases less than the lower limit of the standard value)increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The left and right lying or sitting position of pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy is conducive to the blood supply of fetal umbilical artery.
