Ultrasonographic Evaluation of Pelvic Floor Color Ultrasound in Organ Prolapse of Middle Chamber
Objective:To explore the value of pelvic floor color ultrasound in evaluating organ prolapse in the middle chamber.Methods:100 patients with pelvic organ prolapse admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were included. All patients were given transperineal pelvic floor ultrasonography and quantitative examination of pelvic organ prolapse, and the consistency of the two examination methods was compared. Results:There was a close relationship between the data obtained from pelvic floor ultrasound and the quantitative diagnosis of pelvic organ prolapse. There was a close relationship between the values measured by pelvic floor ultrasound for C and U and the Ba and C heights measured by pelvic organ prolapse, and there was a close relationship between R and Pb low degrees. After the quantitative examination of pelvic organ prolapse in patients with pelvic organ prolapse,it was suggested that the data obtained by the two diagnostic methods are in good agreement for the degree Ⅱ-IV anterior pelvic organ prolapse and the degree Ⅰ-IV uterine prolapse. Conclusion:Pelvic floor color Doppler ultrasound can be used as an effective diagnostic method for organ prolapse in the middle chamber, with good reference value.
