The Application Value of 256 Row Low-Dose CT in the Diagnosis of Solitary Solid Nodules in the Lungs
Objective:To explore and analysis the application value of 256 row low-dose CT in the diagnosis of solitary solid nodules in the lungs.Methods:From February 2022 to October 2023,98 cases of solitary solid nodules in the lungs diagnosed and treated at Longyan People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects.All patients were underwent 256 row low-dose CT examination,recorded the imaging features and assessing diagnostic value.Results:There were 48 cases were diagnosed as malignant nodules(malignant group),included 28 cases of adenocarcinoma and 20 cases of squamous cell carcinoma;Pathological diagnosis showed there were 50 cases of benign nodules(benign group),included 26 cases of hamartomas,14 cases of inflammatory pseudotumors,6 cases of sclerosing hemangiomas,and 4 cases of non-specific inflammation.The proportions of lobulation sign,vacuolar sign,pleural indentation sign,and bronchial inflation sign in the malignant group were 83.33%,85.42%,83.33%,and 89.58%,respectively that were significantly higher than the benign group's 44.00%,46.00%,38.00%,and 44.00%(P<0.05).The CT values of the main pulmonary artery,lobar artery,segmental artery,and subsegmental artery in the malignant group were significantly higher than those in the benign group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant difference in the signal-to-noise ratio,contrast noise ratio,concentration length product,effective concentration compared between the malignant group and the benign group(P>0.05).CT diagnosis showed there were 49 cases of malignant nodules and 49 cases of benign nodules.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of 256 row low-dose CT in the diagnosis of solitary solid pulmonary nodules were 97.92%(47/48),96.00%(48/50),and 96.94%(95/98),respectively.Conclusion:The application of 256 row low-dose CT in the diagnosis of benign and malignant solitary pulmonary nodules has high sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy,and has good application value.
