Clinical Value Analysis of 3D Laparoscopy Radical Anterograde Modular Pancreaticosplenectomy for the Treatment of Malignant Tumors in the Body and Tail of the Pancreas
Objective:To discuss the value of radical antegrade modular pancreatectomy in 3D laparoscopy during radical treatment of patients with pancreatic tail malignancy.Methods:Specifically,76 patients with pancreatic tail malignant tumors treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were divided into study group and conventional group,38 patients 3D laparoscopy radical antegrade modular pancreatic splenectomy,38 cases 2D llaparoscopy radical modular pancreatic splenectomy, comparing the two groups with operation time, number of lymph node dissection, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative exhaust time, diet recovery time and total hospital time; The incidence of complications of anastomotic fistula, pancreatic end fistula, abdominal infection, incisional infection, and pulmonary infection. Results:The operation time and intraoperative bleeding index of the study group were lower than the conventional group(P<0.05);The number of lymph node dissection was lower than the study group(P<0.05);The complication rate was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The surgical treatment of patients with pancreatic tail malignancy by 3D laparoscopy technology can improve the treatment effect of patients, optimize the surgical index, and reduce the incidence of complications. In the subsequent clinical work, attention should be paid to the promotion and application of relevant surgical treatment measures,so as to improve the prognosis and recovery effect of patients.
