Analysis of the Diagnostic Value of 512 Slice Spiral CT Enhanced Scan Combined with Bronchial Tree Reconstruction and Artificial Intelligence Analysis for Early Central Lung Cancer
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of 512 slice spiral CT enhanced scanning combined with bronchial tree reconstruction and artificial intelligence analysis for early central lung cancer. Methods:A study was conducted on 60 suspected early-stage central lung cancer patients from January 2020 to December 2022 in our hospital. All patients underwent CT scans, and based on the final results, the diagnostic results were compared between conventional CT scans and 512 slice spiral CT enhanced scans with bronchial tree reconstruction combined with artificial intelligence analysis. Results:Among the 60 suspected early-stage central lung cancer patients,38 were ultimately diagnosed.Conventional CT showed 39 positive cases and 21 negative cases,of which 8 were misdiagnosed and 7 were missed. The misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate were 36.36%(8/22)and 18.42%(7/38),respectively.CT enhanced scan showed 39 positive cases and 21 negative cases,of which 2 were misdiagnosed and 1 was missed. The misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate were 9.09%(2/22)and 2.63%(1/38),respectively.The misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of CT enhanced scan were lower than those of conventional CT,with P<0.05.The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of enhanced CT scans were 97.37%,90.91%,and 95.00%,all higher than those of conventional CT scans, with a sensitivity of 81.58%,specificity of 63.64%,and accuracy of 75.00%,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the early diagnosis of central lung cancer, the combination of 512 slice spiral CT enhanced scan and bronchial tree reconstruction with artificial intelligence analysis is more conducive to improving disease detection rate, reducing clinical misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate, providing reliable basis for clinical treatment planning.
