Clinical Application and Therapeutic Observation of Ear Endoscope Free Tympanoplasty
Objective:To analyze the clinical application and therapeutic effect of ear endoscope free tympanoplasty.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 40 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to September 2021.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received a type I tympanoplasty through an incision through the ear canal under an ear endoscope without the need for filling.The therapeutic effects of the observation group and the control group were compared.Results:After treatment,it was found that the hearing level of the observation group patients was better than that of the control group,and the clinical indicators of the observation group patients were significantly better than those of the control group,P<0.05,with statistically significant differences.Conclusion:For patients with ear diseases,the use of ear endoscope free tympanoplasty can effectively improve their symptoms and overall treatment effectiveness.
