Comparative Analysis of Clinical Effects Between Ureteroscopy and Percutaneous Nephroscopy in the Treatment of Kidney Stones
Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of ureteroscopy and percutaneous nephroscopy in the treatment of kidney stones. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 60 patients with kidney stones admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023.According to the different surgical methods, they were divided into a control group and an intervention group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy, while the intervention group underwent ureteroscopic lithotomy. The clinical effects were compared.Results:① There was no significant difference in the one-time stone clearance rate between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);However,the intervention group had shorter surgical time and hospital stay, and less intraoperative bleeding(P<0.05).② Before surgery, the patient's serum CRP,IL-6,and TNF-α there was no significant difference in level(P>0.05);3 days after surgery, all indicators significantly increased, and the measured values in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).③The postoperative complication rate in the intervention group was slightly lower than that in the control group, and was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both ureteroscopy and percutaneous nephroscopy are safe and effective options for the treatment of kidney stones. The former can accelerate postoperative recovery and reduce inflammatory reactions in the body.
