Analysis of Clinical Effect of Bronchoscopic Alveolar Lavage and Sputum Aspiration in ICU for Severe Pulmonary Infection
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of bronchoscopic alveolar lavage sputum aspiration in ICU patients with severe pulmonary infection(PI).Methods:In this study,52 patients who received severe PI treatment in hospital ICU from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as experimental subjects. For the purpose of fairness, the patients were divided into observation group(n=26)and control group(n=26)by computer randomized method. The observation group was treated with PL-F520 fiberoptic bronchoscopic alveolar lavage and sputum aspiration, while the control group was treated with conventional sputum aspiration. Results:There were significant differences in treatment effect, hospitalization, pulmonary function and inflammatory factors between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in lung function and inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:PL-F520 fiberoptic bronchoscopic alveolar lavage and sputum aspiration in ICU patients with severe PI has significant clinical effect, which is helpful to improve the symptoms, lung function and inflammatory factor indexes of patients.
