Application of Laryngeal Mask Ventilation Combined with Intravenous Anesthesia in Laparoscopic Appendectomy
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of laryngeal mask ventilation combined with intravenous anesthesia in patients with laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods:In this study,70 patients who received laparoscopic appendectomy in our hospital from May 2023 to January 2024 were divided into observation group(n=35,anesthesia method:laryngeal mask ventilation and all intravenous anesthesia)and control group(n=35,anesthesia method:tracheal intubation anesthesia)according to computer randomization. Results:There were no significant differences in heart rate and mean arterial pressure before induction(T0),immediately after laryngeal mask placement or tracheal intubation(T1),and at the end of operation(T3)between the two groups,P>0.05.There were significant differences at 3 minutes after implantation of laryngeal mask or tracheal intubation(T2),immediately after removal of laryngeal mask or tracheal intubation(T4),P<0.05.There was significant difference in the incidence of anesthesia complications between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laryngeal mask ventilation combined with intravenous anesthesia is an ideal anesthesia method for laparoscopic appendectomy.
