Clinical Effect of Drug-Eluting Stents with Drug-Coated Balloons in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome
Objective:To observe and compare the clinical therapeutic effect of drug-coated balloons and drug-eluting stents in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods:A total of 40 patients with acute coronary syndrome were diagnosed and treated in the Zhangzhou Changtai District Chenxiang Town Central Health Center and the period from January 2020 to January 2023 was enrolled.According to the different interventional methods used,40 patients were divided into different groups,of which 20 patients who underwent drug-coated balloon intervention were used as the coated balloon group and 20 patients who underwent drug-eluting stent intervention were used as the eluting stent group. The minimum diameter of the official cavity, the rate of stenosis, the diameter of the minimum lumen and the late cavity loss of coronary artery lesions 6 months after surgery were observed and compared between the two groups. Results:Compared with the pre-interventional treatment, the minimum cavity diameter of posterior coronary artery lesion was significantly larger(P<0.05)and the stenosis rate of official cavity was significantly lower(P<0.05)in the two groups after treatment, compared with drug-coated balloons, there was no significant difference in the minimum cavity diameter(P>0.05)and lower stenosis rate(P<0.05)and 6 months after treatment, there was no significant difference in the minimum cavity diameter of coronary artery lesion(P>0.05)between the two groups. The late official cavity loss in the eluting stent group was significantly higher than that in the coated balloon group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both drug-eluting stents and drug-coated balloons have clinical efficacy in patients with acute coronary syndrome, and drug-coated balloons have more obvious advantages in reducing the loss of official cavity in patients with late postoperative period.
