Effects of Palmar Plate Internal Fixation and Traditional Plaster External Fixation on Pain and Joint Function in Patients with Distal Radius Fractures
Objective:To study and discuss the effect of conservative treatment of plaster external fixation and open reduction plate internal fixation on joint function and pain.Methods:62 cases of distal radius fracture treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly assigned. The control group was treated with traditional plaster external fixation, while the study group was treated with palmar plate internal fixation.Pain score,X-ray examination index, joint function score and complications were analyzed. Results:The pain score of the study group was lower(P<0.05);After X-ray scanning, all indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:It is found that palmar plate internal fixation and traditional plaster external fixation are more effective in the treatment of distal radius fractures.
