Value of CYFRA21-1,CA72-4,CA50 and NSE Detected by Beckman uniCelDxI 800 Chemiluminescence Apparatus in Differential Diagnosis of Colon Polyps and Colon Cancer
Objective:To study the clinical value of detecting NSE,CA50,CA72-4 and CYFRA21-1 with Beckman uniCelDxI 800 chemiluminescence apparatus in differential diagnosis of colon cancer and colon polyp.Methods:A total of 100 patients with colon polyp and colon cancer admitted to the hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and CA50,CYFRA21-1,NSE and CA72-4 were detected.Colonoscopy pathological examination results were used as the gold standard.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the value of each index in the differential diagnosis of colon polyp and colon cancer.Results:Compared with colon polyp group,the levels of NSE,CA50,CA72-4 and CYFRA21-1 in colon cancer group were higher,and there were significant differences between groups(P<0.05).The positive rates of CA72-4,NSE,CYFRA21-1 and CA50 in colon cancer group were higher than those in colon polyp group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,according to ROC curve analysis,the AUC values of serum NSE,CA50,CA72-4 and CYFRA21-1 in the diagnosis of colon cancer were 0.804,0.899,0.838 and 0.939,respectively.NSE>16.80ng/mL,CA50>13.00U/mL,CA72-4>6.66U/mL and CYFRA21-1>4.60ng/mL could be used as differential diagnostic criteria for colon cancer.Conclusion:In the differential diagnosis of colon cancer and colon polyps,the detection of CA50,CYFRA21-1,NSE and CA72-4 by using Bekeman uniCelDxI 800 chemiluminescence instrument can play an auxiliary diagnostic effect and has certain application value.
