The Application Value of the Combination of SYSMEX CS-5100 Coagulation Test Results and TEG5000 Thromboelastography Indicators in Predicting the Prognosis of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To analyze the reference value of coagulation index and thrombologram in predicting the outcome of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:63 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were included in the observation group, and 63 patients with non-cerebral infarction were included in the control group. The coagulation index and thromboelastic graph of the two groups were routinely examined. The observation group consisted of 25 patients with progressive disease and 38 patients with stable disease. The coagulation indexes and thromboelastogram of the two types of patients were analyzed. Results:There were no significant differences in PT,TT and APTT between observation group and control group(P>0.05),but Fib was higher than control group(P<0.05).As for the results of thrombus elastogram,R and K in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group, and Angle and MA were larger than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).R and K of patients with progressive disease were smaller than those with stable disease, and Angle and MA were larger than those with stable disease, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection and analysis of coagulation index and thrombologram in patients with acute cerebral infarction can dynamically reflect the changes of coagulation in patients, which is conducive to timely detection of coagulation abnormalities, and has important reference value for guiding the treatment and prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
