The Analysis of the Effectiveness and Detection Rate of Color Doppler Ultrasound and Two-Dimensional Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Urinary System Stones
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and detection rate of color Doppler ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of urinary system stones.Methods:60 suspected patients with urinary system stones admitted to our hospital were selected, with a time interval of January 2023 to December 2023.All patients underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination and two-dimensional ultrasound examination, and the results of the two different examinations were analyzed. Results:The detection rates of kidney, upper, middle, and lower ureters, kidney stones accompanied by ureters, and bladder stones detected by color Doppler ultrasound were 40.00%,25.00%,18.33%,21.67%,46.67%,and 45.00%,respectively,significantly higher than those detected by two-dimensional ultrasound(21.67%,18.33%,13.33%,15.00%,25.00%,and 26.67%),P<0.05;Color Doppler ultrasound has higher sensitivity, specificity and effectiveness, with sensitivity differences P>0.05 and specificity and effectiveness differences P<0.05;In terms of measuring urinary system stones, the measurement values of<5mm,5-10mm,and>10mm on color Doppler ultrasound were significantly higher than those on two-dimensional ultrasound(P<0.05),and were close to the actual size of the stones. Conclusion:The use of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of urinary system stones can achieve high sensitivity, specificity, and effectiveness, providing important diagnostic and therapeutic basis for clinical physicians.
