Application of Ultrasound-CT/MRI Fusion Imaging Technology in the Evaluation of Local Advanced Cervical Cancer
Objective:To study and analyze the impact of ultrasound-CT/MRI fusion imaging technology on the evaluation of locally advanced cervical cancer.Methods:80 patients with local intermediate and advanced cervical cancer who received treatment in our hospital were selected as research objects, with a time span from December 2021 to January 2023.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group underwent MRI examination, while the observation group underwent ultrasound-CT/MRI fusion imaging technology examination. The diagnosis rate, diagnostic accuracy, pathological type accuracy,GTV localization difference and image quality of the two groups were observed and compared. Results:The diagnosis rate and diagnostic accuracy of the observation group were higher(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and small cell carcinoma in observation group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the GTV localization difference between the two groups, the difference of left and right meridian and volume in the observation group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),but the difference of anteroposterior diameter and upper and lower diameter was not significant between the two groups(P>0.05).The excellent rate of image quality in the observation group was 90.00%,and that in the control group was 67.50%.The image quality in the observation group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-CT/MRI fusion imaging technology is beneficial for the evaluation of the condition of locally advanced cervical cancer patients, with high diagnostic rate and accuracy, and excellent image quality, which has high evaluation value.
