Value Analysis of Three-Dimensional Reconstruction Technology Combined with CT in Diagnosis of Scapular Diseases
Objective:To explore the value of three-dimensional reconstruction and CT in the diagnosis of scapular diseases.Methods:129 patients with suspected scapular fracture treated in Xingyi City People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were taken as the research object, and all of them underwent X-ray examination and three-dimensional CT examination.X-ray as the control group and three-dimensional CT as the observation group, taking surgical examination as the gold standard, the detection rate of Ada-Miller classification, the detection rate of fracture site and the diagnostic efficiency were compared between the two groups. Results:The detection rate of Ada-Miller typing in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group(P>0.05),but the total detection rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The detection rate of scapular ridge, subscapular angle, lateral margin, medial margin, supraspinatus fossa, infraspinatus fossa, coracoid process, glenoid fossa and acromion in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three-dimensional reconstruction combined with CT is of great value in the diagnosis of scapular diseases, which can identify the fracture site, improve the detection rate of different Ada-Miller types of scapular fractures and improve the diagnostic efficiency of scapular fractures.
