The Impact of Lean Mmanagement on Improving the Application Efficiency of High-Value C onsumables
Objective:To implement lean management for high-value consumables and explore and analyze the impact of this management model on improving the efficiency of consumables application.Methods:High value consumables managed by our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected,with routine management(control group,n=100 cases)from January 2022 to December 2022,and lean management(observation group,n=100 cases)from January 2023 to December 2023.Compare and observe the application effects of different management modes.Results:The incidence of consumables management related issues and various storage indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);And the satisfaction of employees with the consumables management mode in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting a lean management model for high-value consumables can significantly improve the efficiency of consumables application,reduce the probability of various management problems,reduce inventory types,specifications,inventory fund data,and inventory immunity.It can also improve employee satisfaction with consumables management.
