文章研究了一种脊柱探针的静电放电可靠性.提出以静电放电作为脊柱探针唯一的故障触发应力,进行静电放电加速应力试验.通过试验数据分析,以逆幂律模型作为加速模型,双参数威布尔分布作为寿命模型,利用最小二乘法和极大似然法对模型参数进行估计,建立产品的逆幂律-威布尔可靠性模型,依据该模型得出脊柱探针的静电放电可靠性指标.
Reliability Assessment of Spinal Probe Electrostatic Discharge Test Based on the Inverse Power-Law Model
The article investigates the electrostatic discharge(ESD)reliability of a spinal probe.It proposes to use electrostatic discharge as the sole stress trigger for failure of the spinal probe and to conduct accelerated stress testing with electrostatic discharge.Through the analysis of test data,the inverse power-law model is used as the acceleration model,and the two-parameter Weibull distribution is used as the life model.The model parameters are estimated using the least squares method and the maximum likelihood method to establish the inverse power-law Weibull reliability model for the product.Based on this model,the electrostatic discharge reliability indicators for the spinal probe are obtained.
