Feasibility Analysis of Self-Made T-Shaped Negative Pressure Suction Sheath for Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy
Objective:To investigate the feasibility of self-made T-type negative pressure suction sheath applied to percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods:60 patients with renal calculi treated in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected in this study, divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases). The control group was treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy, and the observation group was treated with self-made T-type negative pressure suction sheath applied to percutaneous nephrolithotomy, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The observation groupt effective rate was 93.33%,higher than of the control group(63.33%),P<0.05;The stone discharge time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the stone discharge diameter significantly larger than the control group(P<0.05);IL-6,IL-10 and CRP of the two groups were all reduced, but the change amplitude of the observation group better than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of self-made T-type negative pressure suction sheath in percutaneous nephrolithotomy has exact curative effect, can ensure a high stone removal rate, and the incidence of complications is low, which reflects the clinical application value.
