The Diagnostic ValueDiagnostic Value and AccuracyAccuracy of 3.0T Magnetic Resonance ImagingMagnetic Resonance Imaging in Elderly Prostate CancerElderly Patients with Prostate Cancer
Objective:To statistically analyze the diagnostic value and accuracy of Siemens Skyra 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging in elderly prostate cancer. Methods:The study selected the period from January 2021 to December 2023 as the basis for data statistics.During this period,80 suspected elderly prostate cancer patients were admitted as the research subjects, all of whom underwent Siemens Skyra 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging and pathological examination. The diagnostic results, efficacy indicators, imaging parameters and characteristics of the two technologies were compared and analyzed. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the diagnostic results of prostate cancer between 3.0T MRI technology and pathological examination(P>0.05);The accuracy of 3.0T MRI technology in diagnosing prostate cancer was 96.25%,sensitivity was 96.49%,specificity was 95.65%,positive predictive value was 98.21%,and negative predictive value was 91.67%;According to the results of 3.0T MRI technology examination, the Kep and Ktrans of prostate cancer cases were higher than those of benign prostatic lesions, and Ve was lower than those of benign prostatic lesions. The difference in data between groups was compared(P<0.05);The imaging features of 3.0T MRI used for the diagnosis of prostate cancer include enhanced blood flow perfusion, increased vascular density, enhanced capillary permeability, increased blood flow, low signal features, blurred edges, single or multiple nodular low signal areas, etc. Conclusion:In the screening and diagnosis of elderly prostate cancer, the application of Siemens Skyra 3.0T magnetic resonance technology can ensure more accurate and reliable disease diagnosis results.
