The Diagnostic Effect of Sysmex BM6010C Biochemical Analyzer on the Detection of Liver Function Indexes
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic effect of Sysmex BM6010C biochemical analyzer on liver function index.Methods:60 subjects who were monitored for liver function indexes in our unit from January 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,30 healthy subjects were selected as the control group and 30 patients with liver disease were selected as the observation group. The liver function indexes detected by Sysmex BM6010C biochemical analyzer were analyzed. Results:There were statistically significant differences in cholinesterase(ChE),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),albumin(PA),direct bilirubin(DBIL),total bilirubin(TBIL),γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(GCT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)between the two groups(P<0.05).The level of plasma viscosity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group with lower cholinesterase and albumin indices and higher alanine aminotransferase, direct bilirubin, total bilirubin,γ-glutamyl transpeptidase and aspartate aminotransferase, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the analysis of severe liver disease and chronic liver disease, the comparison difference between severe hepatitis and chronic liver disease group with lower cholinesterase and albumin was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Sysmex BM6010C biochemical analyzer in the detection of multiple liver function indicators can significantly differ from healthy people, and the liver function indicators will change correspondingly with the progression of the disease, which can provide a reliable reference for clinicians in the formulation of disease treatment plans and the judgment of prognosis and recovery effect.
