Objective:To explore the performance evaluation of Roche Cobas E601 immunoassay analyzer in detecting the three items of thyroid function.Methods:This study selected blood samples from 50 hospitalized patients collected in the Clinical Laboratory,Dezhou Seventh People's Hospital from August 2023 to January 2024.The free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4),and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)in serum samples were detected using Roche Cobas E601 immunoassay analyzer.The precision and accuracy of Roche Cobas E601 immunoassay analyzer in detecting thyroid function were evaluated.Results:The Roche Cobas E601 immunoassay analyzer has a high precision in detecting the three items of thyroid function,and the Roche Cobas E601 immunoassay analyzer has a high accuracy in detecting the three items of thyroid function,with qualified biases.Conclusion:The Roche Cobas E601 immunoassay analyzer has high precision and accuracy in detecting the three items of thyroid function,and can be used clinically to detect the three items of thyroid function with accurate and reliable results.
