Analysis of the Effectiveness of Endoscopic Thyroidectomy Via Oral Vestibular Approach in the Treatment of Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma
Objective:To explore the effect of endoscopic thyroidectomy via oral vestibular approach for thyroid papillary carcinoma.Methods:A total of 100 patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were included as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group,and treated in different ways.The control group underwent thoracoscopic thyroidectomy through the thoracic approach,while the observation group underwent thoracoscopic thyroidectomy through the oral vestibular approach.The comparative indicators included patient surgical indicators,immune indicators,aesthetic degree,and incidence of complications.Results:Compared with the operation index,immune index,aesthetic degree and the probability of complication,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic surgery through the oral vestibular approach can achieve good therapeutic effects on patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma.
