Effects of IBS Intrauterine Planing System on Postoperative Recovery and Endometrial Susceptibility
Objective:To investigate the effects of gynecological hysteroscope planing system on postoperative recovery and endometrial tolerance of patients with residual pregnancy tissue. Methods:A total of 80 patients with residual intrauterine pregnancy tissue in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hysteroscopic resection, and the observation group was treated with gynecological hysteroscopic planing system. The operation status, postoperative recovery, endometrial tolerance, quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups. Results:Compared with control group, the observation group had less blood loss and shorter operation time(P<0.05).Compared with control group, observation group had shorter period of normal menstruation, postoperative vaginal bleeding and blood HCG,and less menstrual volume(P<0.05).PI,RI and endometrial thickness in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Observation group's scores of quality of life were higher than control group's,and the complications were less(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gynecological hysteroscope planing system is more effective in the treatment of residual functional pregnancy tissue, which can reduce body trauma, shorten postoperative recovery time, improve endometrial tolerance, and reduce complications.
