The Effect of Lip Knife Combined with Colposcopy in the Treatment of Mild Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia and Its Effect on Serum TNF-α,the Impact of IL-6
Objective:To observe and discuss the effect of lip knife+colposcope in the treatment of mild cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and its effects on serum TNF-α and IL-6.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2022,40 patients with mild cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were selected from our hospital and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 20 patients in each group. The conventional group patients were treated with cold knife cervical conization, while the observation group patients were treated with Lip knife combined with colposcopy.Compare the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6,postoperative complications, and residual lesion rates between two groups of patients. Results:The serum TNF-α and IL-6 were much lower than the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The rate of postoperative complications was lower than that of patients in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The residual rate of patients was much lower than the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:He combined with colposcopy had significant clinical effect on cervical mild intraepithelial neoplasia, and his serum TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly improved, with less postoperative complications and postoperative lesions.
