Evaluation of the Therapeutic Effect of Percutaneous Minimally Invasive Steel Plate Internal Fixation Under Arthroscopy for the Treatment of Tibial Plateau Fractures
Objective:To explore the treatment of tibial plateau fractures(MIPPO)with minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation under arthroscopy. The clinical efficacy of Plateau(FTP).Methods:114 FTP patients admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group of 57 cases and an observation group of 57 cases. The control group received open reduction and internal fixation surgery, while the observation group received MIPPO treatment under arthroscopy. The surgical indicators, knee joint range of motion, and Rasmussen score of knee joint function were compared between the two groups, and the changes in perioperative inflammatory stress indicators were also compared between the two groups. Results:Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly shorter surgical time, hospital stay, surgical incision, and healing time, while the maximum angle of knee extension and flexion and Rasmussen score were significantly higher, with P<0.05.7 days after surgery,CRP and IL-1β,TNF-α levels in both groups of patients the inflammatory indicators increased compared to before treatment, and the control group showed a more significant increase,P<0.05.Conclusion:The use of arthroscopic percutaneous minimally invasive steel plate internal fixation for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures has minimal adverse effects on the overall stress state of the patient's body during the perioperative period, and better postoperative knee joint mobility.
