Clinical Study of Non-Invasive Ventilator Assisted Treatment of Elderly Patients with COPD Type Ⅱ Respiratory Failure
Objective:To study the clinical effect of non-invasive ventilator assisted treatment in elderly patients with COPD type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with COPD type Ⅱ respiratory failure in community health service centers from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into conventional group and observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The conventional group received routine treatment, and the observation group received non-invasive ventilator. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated, and blood gas index and lung function index were compared. Results:After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in blood gas analysis indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).The pulmonary function indexes in observation group were higher than those in conventional group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of non-invasive ventilator in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with COPD type Ⅱ respiratory failure is accurate, which can improve lung function and adjust blood gas analysis index.
