Effect and Sleep Quality of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Severe Respiratory Failure Treated with Non-Invasive Ventilator
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of non-invasive ventilator on COPD complicated with severe respiratory failure.Methods:70 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with severe respiratory failure from January 2022 to October 2023 were screened and randomly divided into a control group(conventional treatment)and an observation group(conventional treatment+non-invasive ventilator treatment),with 35 patients in each group. Results:The observation group had a higher effective rate of treatment, after treatment,RR and PaCO2 levels were lower in the observation group;FEV1,FVC,PEF,SaO2 and PaO2 levels were higher in the observation group;PSQI score, tracheal intubation rate and complication rate were lower in the observation group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of non-invasive ventilator on patients with COPD complicated with severe respiratory failure is remarkable.
