The Evaluation Effect of Pulmonary Function Tester on Cardiopulmonary Function and Its Adjuvant Therapy in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Undergoing Cardiac Rehabilitation Treatment
Objective:To observe and analyze the evaluation effect of exercise cardiopulmonary function testing system on cardiopulmonary function and its adjuvant therapy in elderly patients with coronary heart disease undergoing cardiac rehabilitation treatment. Methods:A total of 92 patients with coronary heart disease admitted from January to August 2022 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table. The control group(46 cases)received conventional cardiac rehabilitation treatment, while the observation group(46 cases)received cardiac rehabilitation treatment assisted by an exercise cardiopulmonary function testing system. The cardiopulmonary function indicators, exercise endurance indicators, and health status of the two groups were compared. Results:After intervention, the left ventricular end diastolic diameter of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group, and the left ventricular ejection fraction, forced vital capacity, one second rate, peak oxygen pulse, peak oxygen uptake,6-minute walking distance, and concise health survey scale scores were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The cardiac rehabilitation treatment assisted by the exercise cardiopulmonary function testing system can effectively improve patients'cardiopulmonary function, enhance their exercise endurance and health level.
