Application Effect Analysis of Superslip Interventional Guide Wire Combined with Outer Sheath of Cystoscope and Conventional Catheter After Failure of Male Catheterization
Objective:To analyze the application value of superslip interventional guide wire combined with cystoscope sheath and conventional catheter after male catheterization failure.Methods:80 male patients with failed urethral catheterization admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were divided into groups by random method(number table method).40 cases in the observation group were treated with superslip intervention wire, cystoscope sheath and conventional urethral catheter, and 40 cases in the control group were treated with traditional urethral catheterization. The success rate of catheterization, complication rate(bleeding, bypass formation, urethral bypass),residual urine volume, operation time and catheterization time were compared between the two groups.Urinary function(urethral closure pressure, bladder compliance, detrusor contractility)was analyzed before and after treatment. Results:The residual urine volume of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment, and the operation time and catheterization time were shorter than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The success rate of urinary catheterization in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the urination function between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the urination function of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Superslip interventional guide wire combined with cystoscope sheath and conventional catheter can improve the success rate of catheterization, reduce operation time, and promote the recovery of urination function.Compared with conventional surgery, the incidence of complications is lower, and the effect is obvious.
