Application Analysis of Zirconia All Ceramic Crown in Full Crown Oral Restoration
Objective:To analyze the application effect and value of zirconia all ceramic crowns in patients undergoing full crown oral restoration.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 62 patients with full crown dental restoration admitted to the Department of Stomatology,Mindong Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2022 to December 2023.They were divided into a control group(n=31)and an observation group(n=31)according to different treatment methods.The control group received cobalt chromium alloy porcelain crown restoration,while the observation group received zirconia all ceramic crown restoration.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%,which was higher than the control group's 80.65%(P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower values for gingival bleeding index and gingival sulcus depth index(P<0.05),while the observation group had higher values for chewing efficiency index(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than the 80.65%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of zirconia all ceramic crowns in patients undergoing full crown oral restoration can achieve ideal results with a lower incidence of complications,as well as better gingival indicators,and higher patient satisfaction with treatment.
