The Application of Dynamic Multidimensional Evaluation System in Medical Equipment Management
Objective:The application of dynamic multidimensional evaluation system in medical equipment management.Methods:300 medical equipment operated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and subjected to routine management,with this as the control group;From January 2023 to December 2023,a dynamic multi-dimensional evaluation system management was implemented for these 300 medical devices as an observation group.Compare the normal operation rate,file integrity rate,project execution rate,equipment maintenance timeliness rate,engineer response time for on-site maintenance,and equipment problem solving time between two groups of medical equipment.Results:After management,the comparison of the completeness rate of medical records and the normal operation rate of equipment between groups was higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05);The comparison of the filling rate of the first level maintenance form,the hanging rate of the second level maintenance plate,the quality control rate of medical equipment,and the hanging rate of status signs between groups showed that the observation group had a higher rate(P<0.05);Timely comparison of equipment maintenance between groups,resulting in higher values for the observation group(P<0.05);The comparison of on-site maintenance time and equipment problem-solving time between group engineers was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05);The comparison of clinical satisfaction with equipment usage(punctuality,performance,and equipment cleanliness)between groups was higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of dynamic multi-dimensional evaluation system in medical equipment management can effectively improve the normal operation rate,file integrity rate,project execution rate,and timely equipment maintenance rate of medical equipment.Engineers can shorten the response time to on-site maintenance,timely repair equipment,and have higher clinical satisfaction with equipment use.
