Research on Standardized Management of High-Value Medical Consumables Clinical Use Review in a Tertiary Hospital
Objective:Through the establishment and improvement of the supervision and evaluation system of high-value medical consumables,improve the constraint mechanism for the use of high-value consumables,strengthen the management of clinical application,and standardize their use.Methods:According to the relevant national policies and the actual situation of our hospital,the review system and implementation plan of high-value medical consumables were formulated,and the clinical use of high-value consumables in our hospital was analyzed by relying on the HIS system,the material management system and the Diagnosis Related Groups(DRG)payment,and relevant medical records were selected for review.Results:The review results were generally reasonable use,and after adopting the opinions of the review expert group,the overall use of such consumables decreased after the review.Conclusion:The evaluation system and implementation plan of high-value medical consumables formulated by our hospital have high feasibility,which has a positive role in promoting their rational use.
