Effect Evaluation of QCM-Based Management Mode on Improving the Disinfection Supply Quality of Surgical Instruments
Objective:To explore the effect of quality collaborative management chain(QCM)management mode on improving the disinfection supply quality of surgical instruments.Methods:400 pieces of surgical instruments recovered and supplied from the Disinfection Supply Center of our hospital from July 1,2022 to December 31,2022 were selected as the research object.200 surgical instruments recovered and supplied under routine management from July 1,2022 to September 30,2022 were taken as the control group, and 200 surgical instruments recovered and supplied under QCM management mode from October 1,2022 to December 31,2022 were taken as the observation group. The cleaning quality of instruments, the packaging quality of packages to be sterilized and the satisfaction of medical staffduring the supply and distribution of instruments were compared between the two groups. Results:In the observation group, the scores of instrument cleaning quality control effect and the qualified rate of instrument cleaning were higher, and the bacteria detection rate was lower(P<0.05).Before sterilization,in the observation group, the probability of equipment error, wrong identification, unqualified package, unclean cotton package and damaged cotton package waiting for sterilization package was low,and the satisfaction of medical staffwas high(P<0.05).Conclusion:QCM-based management mode can effectively improve the disinfection supply quality of surgical instruments, improve the cleaning quality and qualified rate of instruments, reduce the detection of bacteria, reduce the unqualified packaging of packages to be sterilized, and improve the satisfaction of medical staff.
