With the gradual increase in healthcare demand,the number of medical and health institutions,the number of medical visits,and the surge in the size of the medical equipment market in China,the regulatory authorities have strengthened the supervision of the use quality of medical equipment.According to the four-quadrant rule,this paper discusses the maintenance management of medical equipment in the way of"priority".The maintenance of medical equipment is divided according to the four-quadrant rule,and the solution strategy is proposed to gain benefits from it,which can be used for the whole life cycle management of medical equipment and improve work efficiency.The four-quadrant rule is a tool commonly used in management and decision analysis that divides a problem or task into four quadrants:important and urgent,important but not urgent,urgent but more important,and more important and not urgent.In the analysis of medical equipment maintenance management,this method can be used to prioritize maintenance tasks and allocate resources.
