Objective:To investigate the application value of DSA combined with ultrasound guidance in the treatment of superficial venous malformations(VM).Methods:A study was conducted on 132 patients with superficial VMs admitted from April 2020 to December 2023,all of whom were treated with direct percutaneous injection of sclerosing agents.Treatment methods were divided into different groups. The reference group(n=66)was treated with simple ultrasound guidance, while the study group(n=66)was treated with DSA combined with ultrasound guidance. The treatment effects, adverse reactions, and quality of life were compared. Results:The therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group, with a difference(P<0.05);The quality of life before treatment was compared between the two groups, with P>0.05.There was a difference after treatment(P<0.05),and the study group had a higher quality of life; The adverse reactions in the study group were lower than those in the reference group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with superficial venous malformations have achieved satisfactory therapeutic effects through DSA combined with ultrasound-guided treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, which promotes the improvement of quality of life.
