Effect of MRI in Differential Diagnosis of Regenerative Nodules and Small Liver Cancer
Objective:The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the differential diagnosis of cirrhosis regenerative nodules and small liver cancer. Methods:A total of 111 patients with cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to July 2023 were selected as observation objects, and all patients were referred to the gold standard, underwent CT and MRI examinations, and analyzed the application value of different imaging techniques in the differential diagnosis of nodules and tumors. Results:According to the pathological examination report, there were 51 cases of regenerative nodules and 60 cases of small liver cancer,41 and 70 cases of small liver cirrhosis nodules detected by CT;MRI detected 49 cases of regenerative nodules in cirrhosis and 62 cases of small liver cancer, respectively.According calculating the efficacy of different examination methods, the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of MRI were 98.33%,94.12%and 96.40%,respectively,which were higher than 88.33%,66.67%and 78.38%by CT,statistically significant(P<0.05);Contrast peak time and liver arterial perfusion index were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI has high application value in the differential diagnosis of hardened regenerative nodules and small liver cancer, which is conducive to reducing the risk of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, and is of great significance for the formulation of clinical treatment plan and prognosis evaluation.
