Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography(CDFI)in fetal distress in the third trimester.Methods:52 pregnant women with fetal distress admitted to this center from January 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the observation group,and 52 normal pregnant women in the same period were selected as the control group.All pregnant women underwent CDFI examination,and the intracranial middle cerebral artery resistance index(RI),pulse index(PI),systolic to diastolic flow rate ratio(S/D)of the two groups were compared,and ROC curve was drawn to analyze the diagnostic value of fetal distress.The levels of umbilical artery RI,PI and S/D were compared,and ROC curve was drawn to analyze the value of diagnosing fetal distress.Results:The RI,PI and S/D of middle cerebral artery in observation group were(0.51±0.11),(1.42±0.21)and(3.22±0.57),which were lower than those in control group(0.78±0.14),(1.89±0.24)and(4.65±0.86)(P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the AUC values of middle cerebral artery RI,PI,S/D and combined detection in diagnosing fetal distress were 0.784,0.749,0.736 and 0.922,and the combined detection value was the highest.The umbilical artery RI,PI and S/D in observation group were(0.69±0.12),(1.84±0.23)and(3.34±0.65),which were higher than those in control group(0.52±0.11),(1.45±0.21)and(2.43±0.41)(P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the AUC values of umbilical artery RI,PI,S/D and combined detection in diagnosing fetal distress were 0.765,0.800,0.776 and 0.923,and the combined detection had the highest diagnostic value.Conclusion:CDFI detection in the third trimester of pregnancy is of high value in the diagnosis of fetal distress,which can identify the changes of fetal middle cerebral artery and umbilical artery blood flow,and help judge the disease so as to achieve early targeted treatment and ensure the safety of the fetus.
