Objective:To analyze the role of magnetic resonance magnetic weighted imaging pairs in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction with hemorrhage transformation. Methods:The purpose of this study is to evaluate the accuracy and reliability of different imaging methods such as magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)and magnetic sensitivity weighted imaging(SWI)in patients with suspected cerebral infarction with hemorrhage. For this reason, the clinical hospital selected 102 patients of suspected cerebral infarction with hemorrhage admitted from April 2020 to July 2023 as the study object, the three imaging examination, and clinical symptoms, nervous system physical examination, routine MRI scan and CT comprehensive examination as diagnostic criteria, and compare the diagnostic effect of different imaging methods on cerebral infarction with hemorrhage. Results:The diagnostic results showed that among the 102 patients with suspected cerebral infarction with hemorrhage,81 patients with confirmed cerebral infarction with hemorrhage and 21 patients without hemorrhage. The diagnostic effect of magnetic sensitivity weighted imaging on cerebral infarction with hemorrhage was better than that of magnetic resonance imaging and diffusion weighted imaging(P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnetic resonance magnetic sensitivity weighted imaging is used for the diagnosis of cerebral infarction with hemorrhage, and the detection accuracy is significantly improved.
