Effect of Air Wave Pressure Treatment System on Lower Extremity Vascular Disease in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:分析在实施2型糖尿病(diabetes mellitus type 2,T2DM)下肢血管病变患者治疗的过程中空气波压力治疗系统的应用效果.方法:本研究对2021年10月~2023年10月于医院接受T2DM下肢血管病变治疗的患者78例行分析研究,在实现患者分组时所采用的方法为电脑随机分组法并将患者分为各有39例患者的观察组与对照组.对照组的治疗方式为常规治疗,观察组的治疗方式为常规治疗加空气波压力治疗系统,对两组患者临床疗效及治疗前、后股浅动脉、胫后动脉与足背动脉内径、血流速度进行对比研究.结果:观察组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组患者,P<0.05.两组治疗前股浅、胫后、足背动脉内径、血流速度无明显差异,P>0.05;而观察组治疗后患者上述指标显著差别于对照组患者,P<0.05.结论:实施T2DM下肢血管病变患者治疗时空气波压力治疗系统对其更好治疗有着积极的影响,促进了更为理想治疗效果的获得.
Objective:To analyze the application effect of air wave pressure treatment system in the treatment of patients with lower limb vascular diseases of diabetes mellitus type 2(T2DM).Methods:In this study,78 patients who received T2DM lower extremity vascular disease treatment in hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were analyzed and studied.The method used for patient grouping was computer randomization,and the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group with 39 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment.The data method of the observation group was conventional treatment plus air wave pressure treatment system.The clinical efficacy,internal diameter and blood flow velocity of superficial femoral artery,posterior tibial artery and dorsal foot artery were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,P<0.05.The internal diameter and blood flow velocity of superficial femoral artery,posterior tibial artery and dorsal foot had no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes in observation group were significantly different from those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The air wave pressure treatment system has a positive impact on the better treatment of T2DM patients with lower extremity vascular disease,and promotes the acquisition of more ideal treatment effect.
