Research Progress on Ultrasound-Guided Radiofrequency Ablation Therapy for Liver Tumors
As a standard method for treating liver tumors, radiofrequency ablation has a similar resection effect and higher safety compared to surgery. For advanced liver tumors with greater difficulty in radical resection, the safety and effectiveness of radiofrequency ablation treatment are also highly recognized.Ultrasound guided radiofrequency ablation treatment of liver tumors has high application value and is a new type of liver tumor treatment with good efficacy, local ablation therapy has advantages such as high safety, minimally invasive, and minimal liver tissue damage.Ultrasound guided radiofrequency ablation has a very good effect on difficult liver tumors, tumors that are close to the intrahepatic duct system, and concurrent liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension. This article is based on the current status, contraindications, and indications of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation for liver tumors, and analyzes the application status and research progress of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of liver tumors.
