Clinical Study of Zirconia Porcelain Crown Combined with Glass Fiber Post for Repairing Anterior Tooth Defects
Objective:To study the efficacy of using zirconia all-porcelain crown combined with glass fiber pile in treating patients with anterior dental defects.Methods:A total of 80 patients with anterior dental defects treated in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects double blind group,divided into conventional group(metal pile cobalt chromium porcelain crown)40 cases and study group(zirconia all-porcelain crown combined with glass bead fiber pile)40 cases,compare the difference between group repair effect,chewing function,aesthetic score,dental condition and pain,treatment satisfaction.Results:Comparing the success rate of repair and masticatory function and aesthetic score,the study group was higher and statistically significant(P<0.05);The dental condition and pain were better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);The treatment satisfaction score was overall higher,and the conventional group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Before tooth defects in the process of treatment,for patients with zirconia all-porcelain crown combined glass bead fiber pile,can significantly improve the chewing function,improve the success rate of repair,ensure the beauty of tooth repair sex,improve the dental condition,avoid the emergence of pain,ensure the overall satisfaction,maintain the effect of patients.
