Clinical Observations of Carbon Dioxide Laser Treatment Instruments in Seborrheic Keratosis Patients
Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of carbon dioxide laser treatment instruments in seborrheic keratosis patients.Methods:100 seborrheic keratosis patients admitted from April 2021 to June 2023 were chosen as research subjects.According to the random picking method, patients were assigned to control group(n=50,odd number)and study group(n=50,even number). The multifunctional ion therapy machine was applied in the control group; The carbon dioxide laser treatment instruments were applied in the study group. The wound incrustation time, wound healing time, the quality of life scale for chronic dacryocystitis patients(DQOLS)scores and adverse skin reactions were compared. Results:The total effective rates in the study group were higher than control group(92.00%vs 74.00%,P<0.05);Before treatment,DQOLS scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);After treatment,DQOLS scores for two groups were higher than before;Related scores in the study group were even higher than control group(P<0.05);After treatment, the wound incrustation time and wound healing time in the study group were significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05);The adverse skin reaction rates in the study group were lower than control group(2.00%vs 14.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion:The carbon dioxide laser treatment instruments can better quickly reduce the clinical symptoms and increase the quality of life for seborrheic keratosis patients.
