Feasibility Analysis of Using Colposcopy Biopsy Combined with High-Frequency Electric Knife Treatment for Patients with Cervical Lesions
Objective:To analyze the clinical feasibility and effectiveness of vaginal biopsy combined with high-frequency electric knife treatment in patients with cervical lesions.Methods:60 patients with cervical lesions admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. All patients underwent vaginal biopsy combined with high-frequency electric knife diagnosis and treatment, and the diagnostic efficacy, surgical and treatment information, surgical treatment effect, and surgical stress of the plan were observed. Results:Among the 60 patients,57 cases(95.00%)had the same preoperative guided endoscopy test results as postoperative pathological test results, and there was no statistically significant difference between the two diagnostic tests(P>0.05);60 patients underwent surgery for a duration of(18.28±3.28)minutes,with intraoperative bleeding of(13.58±3.25)mL and cervical repair time of(35.67±5.85)days;60 patients were re examined 1 month after surgery, and 45 patients did not have any cervical abnormalities. The patients reported no related symptoms,no impact on their daily life, and were completely cured.14 patients did not have any cervical abnormalities, but still had mild discomfort, which was effectively treated.Only 1 patient had physiological discomfort, and upon examination, their cervical recovery was slow;Compared to preoperative and postoperative patients, the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α,CRP significantly increased while IL-10 significantly decreased, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of vaginal biopsy combined with high-frequency electrocautery in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical lesions in patients has high accuracy, can accurately detect the type of cervical lesions, and has good surgical results with minimal damage, which can be completed quickly.
