Feasibility Study of Single Lung Ventilation Under General Anesthesia with Laryngeal Mask Airway and Tracheal Tube Combined with Bronchial Occluder in Thoracoscopic Surgery
Objective:To analyze the effect of general anesthesia intervention with laryngeal mask airway(LMA)and tracheal tube combined with bronchial occluder for patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery with single lung ventilation.Methods:78 patients treated with thoracoscopic surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected for the study.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group(n=39,tracheal catheter combined with bronchial blocker general anesthesia)and the observation group(n=39,the implementation of laryngeal mask and tracheal catheter combined with bronchial blocker general anesthesia),and compared and observed the effect of the application of anesthesia program of the two groups. Results:The observation group had shorter extubation time, autonomous respiration time, and eye-opening time(P<0.05);The difference in the mean arterial pressure and heart rate data changes at different time nodes was found to be statistically significant when comparing and observing the two groups(P<0.05);And the observation group had a high intraoperative lung atrophy score and a low incidence of postoperative adverse reactions(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laryngeal mask and tracheal tube combined with bronchial blocker for general anesthesia during thoracoscopic surgery with single lung ventilation facilitates good anesthesia management.
