Objective:Exploring the effectiveness of applying chemiluminescence immunoassay technology in biochemical testing for patients with thyroid tumors.Methods:100 suspected thyroid tumor patients from Dongyong Hospital in Nansha District,Guangzhou City were selected as the study subjects from June 2021 to December 2022.All patients underwent biochemical immunoassay using chemiluminescence immunoassay and radioimmunoassay techniques. The pathological diagnosis results will serve as the gold standard for disease diagnosis, and the application effects and values of the two test methods will be analyzed and evaluated. Results:In chemiluminescence immunoassay technology, the detection rate, accuracy, and specificity of this technology were higher compared to radioimmunoassay technology, and there were differences between groups(P<0.05);Compared with the diagnostic sensitivity,it was found that there was no difference between groups; At the same time, chemiluminescence immunoassay technology was superior in detecting the number of thyroid globulins and the levels of related thyroid function indicators compared to radioimmunoassay technology, and there are differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the biochemical immunoassay of thyroid tumor patients, the selection of chemiluminescence immunoassay technology has a high detection rate, diagnostic accuracy, and specificity, which can provide a reliable basis for the determination of subsequent treatment plans for patients.
